Therigy lead consultants were extensively involved this August in the strategic planning project initiated by Chicago based Abbott Laboratories. Abbott's senior management team tapped into the "know-how" of the Therigy organization for insight on delivering industry leading channel management services to support specialty patients. Abbott was interested in leveraging Therigy's industry knowledge of specialty dispensing services as well as patient support programs for reimbursement and therapy management. While still in the strategic planning phase the project, Therigy has performed an integral role on Abbott's project team and supported them by creating financial models, analyzing alternative operational models, and defining a roadmap for the recommended suite of services that improve clinical and financial results for its product.
