Keith Cook, Division President, oversees all operations, sales, and P&L responsibilities for Therigy. He has over three decades of executive experience in retail pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, mail order hospital pharmacy, and pharmacy benefits management.
Keith earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas. He is also a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Executive Management Program for Leaders.
Lily Duong, Chief Clinical Officer, is responsible for the development of Therigy’s drug therapy management program and clinical reporting. Lily provides clinical expertise and oversees the team that develops custom clinical and adherence programs, as well as adherence metrics and outcomes reports for different patient populations and various disease states.
Before joining Therigy in 2013, Lily held a variety of positions at Express Scripts, including Senior Director of Clinical Operations, Senior Director of Pharma Account Management, and Senior Director of Clinical Business Development. She also served on Express Scripts’ Therapeutic Assessment Committee.
Lily received both her BS and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Temple University School of Pharmacy and completed residencies at hospitals and clinics in New Jersey and New York City. She also holds a BS in chemical engineering from Drexel University and has provided English-Vietnamese interpretation services for patients at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
As Senior Vice President of Trade Relations, Susan serves in a leadership role within the Therigy team. She provides the clinical staff with strategic insight into market requirements for reporting and data analytics. Her efforts ensure the clinical strategy aligns with market development and enterprise goals of excellence in patient care.
She brings over 20 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management and the pharmaceutical industry with various roles in regulatory, marketing, and medical affairs. In her prior position at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Susan was responsible for clinical oversight of the specialty network. She also led surveillance and strategy for pipeline compounds creating budget impact models and providing clinical utilization management strategies.
Susan received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
Kate Fontneau, S.V.P. Product, has more than 10 years of experience building new departments, turning around operations, directing strategic development and managing both consumer website and SaaS products.
Kate joined the Therigy team in June, 2017, and brought with her a strong portfolio of both product strategy and cross-functional leadership. She specializes in managing large-scale design and development teams to deliver an excellent product. Kate has a proven track record of successfully creating and executing forward thinking, global roadmaps to delight customers. In Kate’s previous role, she directed a team of designers, product strategists, developers and QA analysts across offshore teams located in Singapore, India, Canada and Costa Rica.
Kate holds a B.S. in Digital Arts and Sciences, Computer Engineering, from the University of Florida.
Cheryl Causey, Vice President of Sales is responsible for establishing and executing new sales and business development strategies for TherigySTM. Cheryl leads a team of Regional Sales professionals. She collaborates with other departments as necessary to ensure efficient communication, operations and provide a seamless customer experience.
Cheryl has 20+ years’ experience in Sales positions and Sales leadership. She is known for her ability to forge productive, enduring industry relationships. Prior to joining Therigy, Her experience included Pharmacy Automation Equipment, Pharmacy Dispensing software, and Oncology-specific EHR and inventory management systems.
Cheryl matriculated at Indiana University-Bloomington for General Studies and earned her BA in Business Management from Shorter University in Rome, Georgia.
Leslie Fraser, Vice President of Customer Success, oversees the customer success team and helps manage Therigy customer accounts. Throughout her time at Therigy, Leslie has regularly collaborated with key external stakeholders to provide guidance on industry trends and pharmacy needs to help expand the TherigySTM product offering. She leads and participates in interdepartmental initiatives to enhance TherigySTM supports efforts surrounding better clinical outcomes, accreditations, operational efficiencies, and overall pharmacy growth for Therigy customers.
Leslie has over 14 years of pharmacy experience. Before joining Therigy in 2019, she worked for Magellan Rx Management as the Director of Pharmacy Distribution Operations. In this role, she managed over 50 pharma contracts and two high-volume pharmacy operations where she provided oversight for clinical operations, specialty distributions, mail orders, and patient care programs. Leslie also supervised project and contract management as well as clinical and operational staff.
As Vice President, Sales Operations (VPSO), Anetra Culver guides Therigy’s investments in sales force effectiveness and manages functions essential to sales productivity. She is responsible for planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, and administration. Additionally, Anetra works closely with the Vice President of Sales to foster business relationships with key strategic partners.
Anetra’s career began at Hewitt Associates and continued with positions held at CuraScript and Aetna Specialty Pharmacy. She was Therigy’s first full-time employee, hired in 2008 to lead Marketing and, Sales, and Customer Success. Her in-depth knowledge further flourished through various product management and strategic roles at Therigy.
Anetra received her BA in advertising and public relations from the University of Central Florida and her MBA with specialization in marketing management from the University of Phoenix.
Kristin Martin, Therigy’s Director of Clinical Development, is responsible for the clinical content in Therigy STM, ensuring timely release of new assessments, drug information and teaching points for new medications, FDA safety updates to existing content, and ongoing content quality improvement initiatives. She manages the clinical development specialists and configuration/protocol specialists to ensure a smooth process for the design, content development, configuration, quality checks, and release of content into Therigy STM. She prioritizes new medications and updates for clinical team design while balancing client’s customization requests and pharmaceutical company collaboration requests to maintain an effective development schedule that benefits the majority of Therigy’s customers. Kristin contributes as a clinical SME to outcomes and reporting projects. She reviews new drug or disease state requests and maintains Therigy’s medication lists, adding new drugs and removing discontinued ones with each monthly clinical release.
Kristin has 14 years of Specialty Pharmacy experience. Before joining Therigy in 2014, Kristin designed pharmacy care management assessments, patient education materials, and managed a team of 22 Specialty Care Management nurses throughout the U.S. and offshore for a large payor. She led the expansion of the team and its clinical programs and guided the clinicians through migration of the programs onto a new technology system. She also held previous roles in Specialty Pharmacy operations and as an RN in a large pediatric hospital.
Kristin received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida in 2005. She earned certification in Motivational Interviewing to improve patient engagement, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate.
