Joseph Morse co-founded Therigy in 2006 and, as President, he is responsible for stewarding the company’s overall vision, ensuring the Therigy team delivers exceptional service to its specialty pharmacy clients.
Joe is a respected thought leader in the specialty pharmacy field. Prior to founding Therigy, he held the position of Vice President of Business and Corporate Development at the Aetna Specialty Pharmacy, which was a joint venture between Priority Healthcare and Aetna. He led that company’s pioneering efforts in the conceptual development, start-up, and initial market success of the Aetna Specialty Pharmacy.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Business and Corporate Development with Priority Healthcare, where he was responsible for health plan business relationships. Joe began his career at Accenture, the world’s largest management and technology consulting firm, where he was a Manager in the Health Services Practice.
Joe is a member of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy's Board of Directors. He also serves on the Chapter Board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Editorial Advisory Board of the Pharmacy Times Health-System Edition. Joe received a BA in Economics from the University of Florida.
Lily Duong, Chief Clinical Officer, is responsible for the development of Therigy’s drug therapy management program and clinical reporting. Lily provides clinical expertise and oversees the team that develops custom clinical and adherence programs, as well as adherence metrics and outcomes reports for different patient populations and various disease states.
Before joining Therigy in 2013, Lily held a variety of positions at Express Scripts, including Senior Director of Clinical Operations, Senior Director of Pharma Account Management, and Senior Director of Clinical Business Development. She also served on Express Scripts’ Therapeutic Assessment Committee.
Lily received both her BS and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Temple University School of Pharmacy and completed residencies at hospitals and clinics in New Jersey and New York City. She also holds a BS in chemical engineering from Drexel University and has provided English-Vietnamese interpretation services for patients at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Kate Fontneau, S.V.P. Product, has more than 10 years of experience building new departments, turning around operations, directing strategic development and managing both consumer website and SaaS products.
Kate joined the Therigy team in June, 2017, and brought with her a strong portfolio of both product strategy and cross-functional leadership. She specializes in managing large-scale design and development teams to deliver an excellent product. Kate has a proven track record of successfully creating and executing forward thinking, global roadmaps to delight customers. In Kate’s previous role, she directed a team of designers, product strategists, developers and QA analysts across offshore teams located in Singapore, India, Canada and Costa Rica.
Kate holds a B.S. in Digital Arts and Sciences, Computer Engineering, from the University of Florida.
Jim Phillips is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s financial functions, including strategy, banking, and financial reporting.
Jim has eight years of experience in accounting and finance. Before joining Therigy, he was the Vice President of Finance at Avaap, where he oversaw all accounting and financial processes and information for the company at a global level.
Jim initially worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a scientific resource provisioner, where he learned his expertise in financial operations. He received his Bacelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University, Idaho, in 2012.
Richard Van has over 10 years of experience in design, development, implementation, and execution of specialty pharmacy programs, operations, and strategic initiatives. In his current role, Richard partners with Pharma and Biotech manufacturers by leveraging technology to streamline best practices and clinical guidelines for specialty therapies, depict high-touch patient care delivery, and enhance patient support services.
The entire focus of his career has been working towards easing access, improving the patient journey, and driving positive outcomes for patients with chronic diseases. Prior to joining Therigy, Richard began his specialty pharmacy career at Senderra Rx Specialty Pharmacy where his role encompassed leading pharmacy operations and manufacturer business development. As one of the first members of Senderra Rx Specialty Pharmacy, he was a key architect in the development of a proprietary patient therapy management platform that revamped operations from physical files and manual processes to a digital and automated workflow, resulting in major operational performance improvement and exponential growth. Richard eventually transitioned into management consulting at FTI Consulting where he co-lead the pharmacy offering of the Health Solutions segment. This opportunity allowed him to broaden his knowledge base and direct the performance improvement strategies of various specialty pharmacy settings.
Richard has attained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern Methodist University. He seeks to continue his education in the near future.
As Vice President, Sales Operations and Business Development (VPSO), Anetra Culver guides Therigy’s investments in sales force effectiveness and manages functions essential to sales productivity. She is responsible for planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, and administration. Additionally, Anetra works closely with the Vice President of Sales to foster business relationships with key strategic partners.
Anetra’s career began at Hewitt Associates and continued with positions held at CuraScript and Aetna Specialty Pharmacy. She was Therigy’s first full-time employee, hired in 2008 to lead Marketing and, Sales, and Customer Success. Her in-depth knowledge further flourished through various product management and strategic roles at Therigy.
Anetra received her BA in advertising and public relations from the University of Central Florida and her MBA with specialization in marketing management from the University of Phoenix.
