Sr. Product Owner

Therigy’s technology team is looking for a customer-centric and highly motivated Sr. Product Owner. The ideal candidate is one with a background in healthcare and an aptitude for analytics. A deep understanding of financial analysis within a pharmacy including EHR data, claims data, medication orders and 340b billing is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop both the vision and path forward for our growing analytics platform products by researching industry trends, performing customer validation, and continually refining overall strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – key business stakeholders, our consulting team, the department heads and your product and technology peers to develop KPIs, competitive analysis and value/effort estimates for current and next-generation Therigy products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to drive product creation and enhancements
  • Ability to balance priorities, work with leadership to effectively navigate and communicate broadly necessary changes in priorities
  • Plan Agile Sprint cycles with Product Manager, VP Operations to include all tasks required to deploy products on time and within budget
  • Communicate to the training, marketing, sales, customer service and account management teams details of each release
  • Provide feedback regarding the usability of our existing products and offer suggestions to improve the overall functionality
  • Work with clients and partners in business, engineering, marketing and analytics to define, build and launch products/platform features

 

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Specialty Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, SaaS product strategy with proven track record of successfully launching products/platforms
  • Ability to create mock-ups or workflow simulations to visually explain new features for broader consideration
  • HTML and CSS skills preferred
  • Experience with SaaS deployed software solutions
  • Familiar with project management methodologies in an Agile environment
  • Confident, articulate, and able to think on your feet
  • Exceptional presentation, communication (written and verbal), and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in facilitating the performance of cross-functional teams

Compensation

Competitive market-based salary, commensurate with experience and education

 

Position Reports to: Product Manager

 

ADA: The position requires being seated in front of a computer and utilizing a keyboard in excess of eight hours per day. May require lifting in excess of ten (10) pounds.
