Since the beginning, we have made it our mission to be on the cutting edge of technology providing our specialty pharmacy customers a powerful, interoperable specialty therapy management platform that enables them to provide high touch, quality care for their patients.  


2006 - Founded

Therigy was founded by Joe Morse and Russ Allinson, RPh, MS

2008 - Therisource

Launched First Specialty Therapy Management Solution, Therisource, into marketplace with 10 quick-start disease and therapy-specific care plans

2009 - TherigySTMTM

Therigy changed the name to our software to TherigySTM with “ready to use” scripted assessments — incorporating best practice standards and national guidelines flexible for each customer

2014 - Dispensing System Integrations

TherigySTM, with now 16 therapy-specific care plans, integrated with leading pharmacy dispensing systems to manage all aspects of the patient's therapy

2015 - Referral Management

Therigy adds Referral Manager to TherigySTM

2016 - Training & Innovation

  • TherigySTM added branching logic and reporting; along with 17 therapeutic categories
  • Therigy’s Russel Allinson Named Technology Innovator of the Year
  • Therigy launched Therigy Knowledge Network

2017 - Patient Education Videos

Therigy partnered with VUCA Health to offer on-demand prescription-specific videos for patients

2018 - First Place Outcomes Study and Large Growth

  • Therigy surpasses 1M specialty patient responses
  • Therigy outcomes contributions recognized by NASP – 1st place
  • Named Florida Gator100 List of Fastest-Growing Companies
  • Therigy was purchased by CPS Solutions, LLC to continue to grow TherigySTM and additional products/services for our customers.  

2019 - Robust Reporting & Mobile-Enabled Patient Assessments

  • TherigySTM's robust reporting tool, TherigyInsights, launched with pre-built dashboards and customizable reports to share with team members and stakeholders
  • Therigy presented ground-breaking Health System Quality Initiative  abstract at AMCP
  • Hosted Health System customers at Theirgy's First Annual Symposium
  • Therigy launched mobile-enabled patient assessments within TherigySTM including refill reminders, patient updates, and Quality of Life surveys

2020 - Streamlined Care Plans

  • Therigy launched mobile-enabled patient satisfaction surveys within TherigySTM to measure and achieve quality standards.
  • Therigy launched new streamlined patient care plans to enhance pharmacy workflow and improve patient outcomes. 
  • Hosted Therigy 2020 Virtual Webinar Series featuring ways to grow your pharmacy and prove outcomes.


2021 - Financial Assistance and EHR Integrations

  • Therigy successfully integrated three health system customers with TherigySTM and their EHR system in 2021. 
  • Therigy launched a proactive financial assistance alerting tool that helps pharmacies know when financial aid becomes available to their patients. 
  • Therigy launched five new care plans within TherigSTM, totaling 30+ specialty disease states.  
  • Therigy developed two abstracts for the NASP Annual Meeting: Patient Satisfaction and Quality of Life Surveys completed by specialty pharmacy patients.

Therigy is committed to taking action and giving back to our community. Orlando and the greater Central Florida area is our home. When we give back to our community, we make it a better place for our neighbors, families, and customers. We participate annually in Light the Night, a walk to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
