Jack is a highly motivated professional with cross functional experience in retail, mail service, specialty pharmacy and long term care pharmacy operations. He has many years of executive responsibility overseeing large volume operations with organizations such as Express Scripts and PharmaCare Specialty Pharmacy. Jack also brings hands on experience in the start-up of new mail service pharmacies and projects ranging from planning and implementing new technology in customer service contact centers to automation and quality management for pharmacy fulfillment.

Jack received his bachelors degree from Temple University School of Pharmacy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has certifications in Total Quality Management (TQM) and ISO:9002.
